District 145 Food Service in conjunction with the District 145 Wellness Committee are exploring the option of starting a Summer Food Service Program. All elementary students in grades K-5 at Hamlow, WIS, and Eagle were sent home with an anonymous paper survey in their backpack last week. The survey is optional, however, we would appreciate surveys to be turned in so our committee can gain valuable feedback from our parents/guardians regarding the use of a food program.
We'd like to have these returned by Thursday March 6 to compile information to send to our committee. Please return them to your school office.
