
Due to the projected forecast of severe storms this afternoon, we will be postponing our baseball game at Norris today. The matchup will now be moved to be played tomorrow, Saturday, April 27th in Hickman with the Varsity game slated to start at 10:00am and JV to follow.

Due to the weather, the varsity tennis match against Elkhorn scheduled for today has been postponed and will be played on Tuesday, April 30th at 2:30pm. The JV tennis match with Elkhorn has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

Waverly High School Global Voices members put their diplomacy skills to the test by attending Model United Nations today!
Jonah Tucker represented France and his drafted resolution passed!
Bailey Jackson and Hayden Brandl represented Kazakhstan co-sponsored two resolutions which passed.
Eli Saenz represented Barbados and was a signatory on 6 resolutions






It is official, our boys and girls soccer teams will host a first round sub-district game here at Viking Stadium on Saturday, April 27th. Boys will start at 10:00am with girls to follow. We hope to see you there. Admission is $6 and $5, NO PASSES accepted.



If you are willing and able, our Boys Golf Team will be hosting the B-1 District Golf Championships out at Woodland Hills on Tuesday, May 13th. Please contact Coach Cobelens or Mr. McMillan is you are able to help as a scoring monitor.


Ball Game, Waverly baseball defeats Lincoln Pius X 6-0. They will be back in action Thursday afternoon against Seward. SENIOR Night ceremony will follow the varsity game!

The reserve baseball games vs. Columbus have been cancelled.

The reserve baseball game vs. Platteview scheduled for Friday, April 26th has been moved to be played on Wednesday, April 24th due to the potential threat of wet weather Thursday night into Friday and again Friday afternoon/evening. Game time is the same, starting at 4:30pm.
