Today we celebrated our student of the month: Eli Saenz! Eli was nominated for being respectful and responsible in Ms. Didier’s class. His nomination was drawn from the 250 Myers Money recipients in the month of September. Great job, Eli!!

It was great to get out and see these girls compete the last two days. Conditions were not ideal today but all the girls had better scores today on day two. The team overall finished in eighth place. Congratulation’s on a wonderful season ladies!!!

The girls are off on Day 2. Another warm day, but they will be battling some gusty winds!
The high school is hosting a Health and Safety fair in the west gym tonight. Lights are on for the entertainment of both the little and big kids in attendance. No concerns on our end!
After day 1 of the Girls State Golf Tournament, Tia Phaisan is sitting tied for 4th place with a 79.

Waverly eSports competed on Saturday as well. Waverly Rocket League team (Owen, Collin, Alex, alternate Jacob) getting 4th at Scribner-Snyder online tournament. Also competing Braxton, Jesse and Sawyer for Rocket League and CJ for Smash.
