Elkhorn rally’s for 6 runs in the 5th. They take the lead 9-5 heading to the 6th.
After 4 complete, Waverly holds the lead 5-3.

Waverly plates 4 in the bottom of the 2nd, takes the lead 4-3.
Elkhorn hits a 3 run shot in the first, they lead 3-0 after 1 inning.

Today we celebrated our student of the month: Eli Saenz! Eli was nominated for being respectful and responsible in Ms. Didier’s class. His nomination was drawn from the 250 Myers Money recipients in the month of September. Great job, Eli!!

It was great to get out and see these girls compete the last two days. Conditions were not ideal today but all the girls had better scores today on day two. The team overall finished in eighth place. Congratulation’s on a wonderful season ladies!!!
Folks, Tia was LOCKED In from the start this morning. She Finishes shooting a 36 on the back nine. Tia is your class B Girls Golf individual 3rd place finisher.

The girls are off on Day 2. Another warm day, but they will be battling some gusty winds!
The high school is hosting a Health and Safety fair in the west gym tonight. Lights are on for the entertainment of both the little and big kids in attendance. No concerns on our end!
After day 1 of the Girls State Golf Tournament, Tia Phaisan is sitting tied for 4th place with a 79.
Softball is heading to State!!! Come over to the high school tomorrow and help send them off at 4:00pm!!!
