Thanksgiving Break is quickly approaching! There is no school November 27th-29th. We look forward to welcoming students back on Monday, December 2nd! Happy Thanksgiving!

Picture Retake Day is on Wednesday, November 20th. If you would like your student to retake their picture, please send their picture proof envelope with the payment fee (noted on the back of the envelope) and let your child's teacher know.

The weather is changing everyday! Please remember to send your student with warm clothing layers! Students may keep winter gear in their lockers. We want all of our students to enjoy the fresh air and play time outside!

A reminder there is no school in our district on Tuesday, November 5th due to Election Day. We look forward to welcoming students back to school on Wednesday, November 6th!

Movie Night at Memorial Field after the PTE Color Fun Run! The movie, "Coco", is sponsored by Eagle Vision and will start at 7:30 pm on Friday, October 18th, immediately following the race. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the show!

Storybook Pumpkins begin on Wednesday, October 16th! If your student would like to participate, please complete the form pictured. Pumpkins will go home on Grandparents/Special Friends' Day on Friday, October 25th. Our families are so creative-- and what a fun way to celebrate the love of reading during the fall season!

The Scholastic Book Fair is October 7th-11th in the school library! Monday & Wednesday: 7:50 am-3:30 pm Tuesday & Thursday: Open Late! 7:50 am-7:45 pm. (Parent/Teacher Conferences are 4pm-8pm.) Monday, September 16th Eagle Elementary is celebrating International Dot Day! International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage, and collaboration. The day is inspired by the book The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds, which tells the story of a teacher who encourages a doubting student to make her mark and discover her own abilities. Help us celebrate by having your student wear dots on Monday!

We can hardly wait to see our Eagle Vikings tomorrow, Wednesday, August 14th! Gym doors will open at 7:50 am, where all students will gather. Signs on the walls will direct students to their grade and teacher. The bell rings at 8:05 am, when students will go to classrooms. Kindergarten families are welcome to attend the Boo Hoo Breakfast in the school cafeteria starting at 8:10 am. Wishing everyone a great first day of school!

We look forward to seeing all of our students at the Annual PTE Back to School Bash and All School Open House on Monday, August 12th, 5:30-6:30 pm. Your child will have an opportunity to meet their teacher, visit the classroom, drop off school supplies and see friends! PTE will also be offering a fun evening filled with activities including an Ice Cream Social (6:00-7:30 pm), Food Trucks (5:30-7:30 pm) and Fall Sign-Ups. The first day of school is Wednesday, August 14th and all students will meet in the school gym, doors opening at 7:50 am. We look forward to seeing you soon!
