School District 145 consists of approximately 300 square miles with district property in four counties:
Lancaster, Cass, Otoe, and Saunders. 
The district serves the communities of Alvo, Eagle, Prairie Home, Walton, and Waverly. 

The district does offer cross (in) town bussing to students in the city of Waverly.
